Held all levels of command: EMS Lt and Capt., Fire Inspector, Fire Suppression: Lt and Capt. 3rd, 2nd and 1st assistant Chief and Chief of Department total years in a command Role 28 years. EMT for 24 years last certified in 2008. Hazardous Materials Technician in NY since 1992, NYS Certified in 2014. American Heart Association BLS CPR/AED/Aid Instructor Started my volunteer fire service career in 1982. Total years in the fire service 43 years. | Jerry joined the department in 1982 and has served the department in many different roles. Prior to becoming the department Chief in November of 2008, he served as Assistant Chief for 6 years before becoming the department Chief. Chief Deem services on the Prince William County Fire and Rescue systems Executive committee as the Chairman. Outside of the department Chief Deem enjoys boating, hunting, and fishing. | |

| Greg Jones has been a volunteer firefighter and EMT since March 2004 and has served the residents of Prince William County since 2016. With over two decades of operational and leadership experience, he now leads the Yorkshire Volunteer Fire Department as Chief. Greg is committed to cultivating a confident, mission-ready team—championing strong volunteer–career collaboration and setting a high bar for service across the county. | |

| Fire Captain James Romagna | |
| James joined the department in July 2010 to give back to the area he grew up in, and has since been a very active member of the department in multiple aspects. Currently, he serves as the department's Training Officer, holds a seat on the PWC Fire and Rescue Training Advisory Committee, and formerly served as Vice President of the department's Board of Directors. Outside of the firehouse, he enjoys fishing, hunting, weightlifting, and riding his motorcycle. | |
| Assistant Chief Rob Rutherford | |
| Assistant Chief (AC) Rutherford joined the Yorkshire Volunteer Fire Department in October, 1997. Outside of performing his duties as an AC, Operations Officer, and a Health and Safety Officer, AC Rutherford has completed two Masters degree programs in Early Childhood Special Education. Shortly after finishing his academic endeavors, AC Rutherford worked for Fairfax County Public Schools as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher from 2011-2022. In June 2022, AC Rutherford decided to change professions and was hired as an Emergency Response Coordinator with Paul Davis Restoration. AC Rutherford continues his endeavors to help others in their time of need. | |

Susan joined the department in March 2001 and has spent most of her service as Secretary of the department. She also serves as Chair on the membership committee. Susan has extensive knowledge in human resources and the administrative field as this is her profession. | |
